FAQ

Every store goes through a manual verification process before it can post deals, coupons, rebates or giveaways. We review documentation such as business licenses or FFL certifications before approving a seller as a Trusted Retailer.

No. Shooting Range is an aggregator, not a retailer. We show you where to find the best deals; the purchase itself always happens on the seller's own site, subject to their own terms, shipping and any required FFL transfer process.

Coupon codes are provided by the listed retailer and can expire or be changed without notice on their end. If a code stops working, use the "Report" option on the deal so we can review it and update or remove the listing.

Manufacturer rebates are offered through participating retailers. Open the rebate listing for the eligibility window and redemption steps, then complete the purchase and submission process directly with the manufacturer or retailer running the rebate.

Register for a seller account, then submit your store for verification. Once approved, choose a Pro Seller plan to start posting deals, coupons, rebates and giveaways. See our Pro Seller Plans page for what each plan includes.

Trusted Retailer is our verification badge. Retailers who hold one of our paid subscriptions and display our seal have gone through manual verification and have agreed to respond to buyer inquiries about an order within 24 hours.

Deals are posted and updated directly by verified sellers, so freshness depends on how often each retailer updates their listings. Always confirm the current price on the seller's site before completing a purchase.

Log in to your account, open the Giveaways page, and click Enter on any active giveaway. Some giveaways are run directly by Shooting Range and others by our retail partners — check each listing's terms for eligibility and prize details.

Click the heart icon on any deal card. You'll need to be logged in — favorited deals are saved to your account so you can find them again later.

Use the "Report" option on the deal or coupon to flag it. Since sellers control their own listings and pricing, reported issues are reviewed and the listing is corrected or removed if it no longer reflects the seller's actual offer.

Shooting Range does not process orders or payments, so we can't look up or change an order. Please contact the seller directly — their contact details are on the store page you purchased from.

We only collect the information you choose to share with us, and store-verification documents are automatically deleted once approval is complete. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how it's used.
